Installation Overview
Upon licensing with Data Systems Management for HDMS2000 software, a lot of activity takes place. Most important, the installation process of your hospital software begins, and the DSM installation staff goes into action. Your order is promptly processed and scheduled as soon as possible. Usually this takes a few weeks. During this time frame, specialized DSM personnel perpare an installation agenda. This planning ensures a seamless and well-planned installation of your HDMS2000 software.
The installation process consists of planning, installation, training, conversion preparation, conversion, and conversion testing. The conversion process will coincide with your normal monthly accounting period. This approach limits unnecessary data entry by your staff. It further enhances patient service, with little or no disturbance.
